A Relocatable Timber Modular Building. A conference centre and treatment room.

This scheme provided a conference room and a separate treatment room for a site in Lowestoft. It was installed as a temporary solution whilst a permanent facility is constructed. It was constructed complete off-site in the factory, using our innovation and truly sustainable timber modular system. Then we transported it, and safety installed the building into position in just 12 hours. Remarkably, just 5 days later, all facilities and infrastructure were up and running, and staff and treated the first patients, in this new light and airy welcoming space.

This revolutionary design, exceeds permanent building regulation requirements, but has the capacity and flexibility to be relocated around the NHS Site in future years, to meet the changing needs of the trust’s facility requirements. The internal layouts and function of this building could also be adapted to meet changing requirements in the future.
